本学における内視鏡外科手術トレーニングシステムおよび資格制度の導入

Introduction of videoscopic surgery training program in our institute

◆要旨：本学では2004年11月より，内視鏡外科手術トレーニングシステムを制定した．内視鏡外科手術を行うすべての医師を対象にし，講義および筆記試験，ドライラボを使用した実技試験で評価をする［ステップ1］，動物を使用した実技試験を主とする［ステップ2］，実際の手術経験を対象とした［ステップ3］の3段階とした．［ステップ3］の終了者には，院内で内視鏡外科手術の独立術者になることが認められる．2007年9月1日までに，［ステップ1］を11回（合格者105名），［ステップ2］を4回（合格者53名）開催した．この制度が医師の基礎知識および基本技術の習得に役立ち，さらに手術の安全性の向上に寄与することが期待される．

　Jikei University School of Medicine has established Videoscopic Surgery Training Program in November 2004. In order to obtain operating privilege for videoscopic surgery, each surgeon has to take the courses in the program which consists of the following three steps.

　Step 1 : lectures, written examinations and skill evaluation using dry-lab, Step 2: skill evaluation using live animals, and Step 3: actual operation experience.

　Those who have completed step 3 are certified as a surgeon who is privileged to perform videoscopic surgery independently.　We have completed eleven sessions of step 1（105 surgeons and residents passed）and four sessions of step 2（53 surgeons and residents passed）by September 1, 2007.

　This program is expected to improve the basic knowledge and fundamental techniques of surgeons who conduct videoscopic surgery and thereby improve the safety of such complex procedures.
