It will be difficult to solve this problem with individuals due to the introduction of a ceiling on doctors' working hours. The problems of distributing human medical resources and achieving interprofessional cooperation are now attracting attention. In addition, it is known that the benefits are not only limited to patient outcomes, but also include the satisfaction of healthcare professionals and economic considerations.
