Digital Interventions for Alcohol-Related Problems: From Hazardous and Harmful Drinking to Alcohol Use Disorder and Dependence

本論では，危険・有害飲酒からアルコール使用症・依存症まで，アルコール関連問題に対するデジタル介入の現状と展望を概説する。国内外のランダム化比較試験のエビデンスを整理すると，デジタル介入の有効性はこれまでに十分に実証されていることがわかる。しかし，その有効性をアルコール問題を抱える人々へ届けられているかというと疑問が残る。研究で示された有効性を実現していくことが，今後の最も大きな課題となるだろう。

Abstract

This article provides an overview of digital interventions for alcohol-related problems, ranging from hazardous and harmful drinking to alcohol use disorder and dependence. When examining the evidence from randomized controlled trials, it is clear that the efficacy of digital interventions has been sufficiently demonstrated. However, questions remain whether this efficacy reaches individuals with alcohol-related problems. Proving their effectiveness and achieving an impact in real-world settings are likely to be the highest-priority challenges.
