はじめに
幹細胞は再生医療，特に神経再生におけるツールとして注目されている．本稿では，幹細胞を用いた移植治療の有力なターゲットであるパーキンソン病について，細胞移植治療の現在までの研究成果や，今後，臨床応用する前にどのような問題を解決すべきかについて述べる．
