　先輩技師：論文に略語を使いすぎる人が多いのですが，これは読者に対して不親切です．そして，こんな人たちは傲慢だという気がいつもします．この人たちの仕事は理解してもらいにくいので，価値はほとんどありません．以前にも，略語の話がありましたが，もうちょっとこの略語についての勉強がしたいと思います．略語をどのように使うのか，そして，どのような使いかたがいけないのかを教えてください．

　英文編集者：まず第一に，論文の表題にはどんな略語も用いてはなりません．

Senior technologist: Many authors overuse abbreviations in their articles. It's unkind to the reader, and I always get the impression that such authors are arrogant. His or her work has little value, because it's hard to understand. We talked about abbreviations before, but I would like to learn some more about them. Please tell us how to use them and how not to use them.

English editor: First, you shouldn't use any abbreviations in the title of your paper.
