鼻中隔腺癌の1例—放射線，化学療法奏効例

Adenocarcinoma of the Nasal Septum, Treated with Radiation and Chemotherapy:Report of a Case

　はじめに

　鼻腔領域の腺癌の報告例は少ない。Beatyら^1）の約60年間の報告では85例の鼻中隔悪性腫瘍のうち腺癌は12例であり，酒井によれば鼻副鼻腔悪性腫瘍1,297例のうち鼻腔悪性腫瘍は76例あり，そのうち3例が腺癌であったと報告されている^2）。今回われわれは放射線，選択的動注化学療法が奏効し，小手術で治療が可能であった原発性鼻中隔腺癌を経験したので報告する。

A 70-year-old female presented with adenocar-cinoma of the left nasal cavity, and the left nasal cavity was filled with the tumor. She was treated by radiation therapy, selective intra-arterial infusion chemotherapy (CBDCA) and endonasal operation. Radiation therapy with the chemotherapy was very effective, and the patient became free from the disease 18 months after the treatments.
