甲状腺未分化癌の2例

Undifferentiated Carcinoma of the Thyroid Gland:Report of Two Cases

　はじめに

　甲状腺癌は乳頭癌が39〜81％で最も多く^1,2），未分化癌は7〜16％である^3,4）。未分化癌は乳頭癌に比し著しく予後不良である^4）。今回われわれは2例の未分化癌を経験した。1例は乳頭癌の既往歴があり，今回手術時摘出臓器に乳頭癌の残存が認められた。他の1例は広汎な肺転移を認めた。未分化癌の臨床上の特徴および組織発生について考察を加え報告する。

Two cases of undifferentiated carcinoma of thethyroid gland were reported. Both cases showed aggressive clinical course and the patients died shortly after surgery. Pathological study in the first case disclosed dedifferentiated papillary car-cinoma. Another case showed extensive pulmonary metastasis in a few months. Clinical features and histogenesis of undifferentiated carcinoma were discussed.?
