両側同時性Bell麻痺症例

A Case of Bilateral Simultaneous Bell's Palsy

I．はじめに

　Bell麻痺の特異経過例のうち両側同時性Bell麻痺はきわめて稀なものである。最近筆者らは11日の間隔で発症した両側同時性Bell麻痺の1症例を経験したので文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　A 37-year-old male presented Bell's palsy on both sides at intervals of eleven days. The recovery was earlier and more complete on the following side than on the preceding side of facial palsy. The relevant literature to bilateral simultaneous Bell's palsy in Japan is reviewed.
