放射線照射後に発生した悪性線維性組織球腫の1例

A Case of Postirradiation Malignant Fibrous Histiocytoma of the Temporal Region

I．はじめに

　悪性線維性組織球腫malignant fibrous histiocytoma（以下MFHと略す）は病理組織学的に組織球と線維芽細胞の二つの細胞系およびそれ以上の細胞系に分化する原始間葉系腫瘍であり，軟部組織に多く発生する腫瘍である。今回われわれは両側性網膜芽細胞腫の診断で3歳時放射線照射を受け，11年後にその照射野よりMFHの発生をみた症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えここに報告する。

　A patient developed sarcoma in the left temporal area 11 years after receiving radiation therapy for retinoblastoma. This sarcoma showed light-and electron-microscopic features of malignant fibrous histiocytoma. The patient was treated with post-operative external radiation therapy and chemotherapy. In addition, the literature is reviewed and discussed regarding postirradiation malignant fibrous histocytoma.
