髄液異常を伴った両側同時性顔面神経麻痺の2症例

Two Cases of Bilateral Simultaneous Facial Palsy with Cerebrospinal Fluid Abnormalities

I．はじめに

　両側性顔面神経麻痺は比較的稀な疾患であるが，そのなかでも両側同時性顔面神経麻痺はさらに稀なものと思われる。われわれは他の神経症状を伴わず，髄液検査で蛋白細胞解離などの異常所見を認めた両側同時性顔面神経麻痺の2例を経験したので報告する。

　Two cases of bilateral simultaneous facial palsy with CSF abnormalities are reported.

　Case 1. A 20-year-old woman presented bilateral complete simultaneous facial palsy without other neurological symptoms.

　Case 2. A 47-year-old man presented bilateral facial palsy at intervals of one day without other neurological symptoms.

　Both cases seemed to fall into the category of Guillain-Barré syndrome of the pure cranial nerves type (la forme mésocéphalique pure) in light of the findings from tests of their CSF.
