　はじめに

　両側末梢性顔面神経麻痺が生じることは比較的稀であり，耳鼻咽喉科領域では両側ベル麻痺の症例報告が散見されるのみである。今回われわれは，両側同時発症の末梢性顔面神経麻痺を呈し，髄液検査で蛋白細胞解離を認め，Guillain-Barré症候群と考えられた1例を経験したので報告する。

A 34-year-old man presented with simultaneous bilateral facial palsy. Neurological examinations revealed bilateral facial palsy, and horizontal or rotatory nystagmus. There was no involvement of other cranial nerves and limbs. Lumber puncture revealed few cells and 84 mg/dl of protein. The patient was diagnosed as having Guillain-Barrésyndrome based on the lumber puncture findings.
