頸部リンパ節原発のLennertリンパ腫の1例

A Case of So-called "Lennert's Lymphoma" of Cervical Lymphnodes

I．はじめに

　リンパ節の正常構造の破壊と，類上皮細胞の集塊状増殖を特徴とする，いわゆる"Lennert's lymphoma"は比較的稀で，本邦では現在までに十数例の報告をみるにすぎない。Lennert's lymphomaではその定義をめぐって，独立疾患とみなすか，あるいは種々のリンパ増殖性疾患の亜型とみなすかで論議があり，未だ統一的見解のないのが現状である。

　筆者らは，頸部リンパ節に原発したいわゆる"Lennert's lymphoma"の1例に遭遇し，詳細な病理組織学的検索から，自験例はnon-Hodgkinリンパ腫に分類されるべきものと考えられた。

　A 49-year-old male patient with so-called "Lennert's lymphoma" of the cervical lymphnodes was reported. His chief complaint was a painless swellingof the right neck. The histological investigation of the lymphnodes revealed proliferation of epithelioid histiocytes, which is characteristic to Lennert's lymphoma, and the present case was considered to be classified into non-Hodgkin disease. The lesion was responded well to radiation therapy and the patient was well without recurrence in these fifteen months. The definition and concept of Lennert's lymphoma were reviewed through a survey of the literature.
