Lennert病変の1例

Lennert's Lymphoma:Report of a Case

　はじめに

　1968年LennertとMestdagh^1）は，リンパ腫の中から多数の類上皮細胞の小胞巣が，広く散在することを最大の特徴とする病変を区別し，Epitheloid cell lymphogranulomatosisとして報告した。この病変はLennertにより初めは，ホジキン病の1型として提唱された歴史をもつが，現在ではその本態に関して種々の見解があり，最近では主として末梢性T細胞リンパ腫の1型という見方が有力である。今回われわれは，本型に相当すると考えられた1例を経験したので，文献的考察を加え報告する。

So-called Lennert's Lymphoma, or T-lympho-epithelioid cell lymphoma, has been described as acellular epithelioid lymphogranulomatosis. This tumor is rare and generally with a poor prognosis, and a limited number of cases have been described.

A 43-year-old man presented with a right sub-mandibular mass for twenty years. The diagnosis of Lennert's Lymphoma was made by the histological studies including enzymelabeled antibody method. A brief review of the literatures on Lennert's lymphoma was made.
