後部篩骨洞天蓋の欠損を来し，蝶形骨洞と融合拡大せる篩骨洞膿嚢腫の再発例

　篩骨洞粘液，膿嚢腫に関する報告は，現在では決して少なくないが，その骨侵襲範囲に関しては一般に多様であつて，特に臨床的には眼合併症を惹起してから初めて診を乞う場合が多く，従つて手術所見では予想外に拡大した骨破壊像を認めることも稀ではない。最近私は，可成広範囲に骨破壊を惹起した篩骨洞膿嚢腫の再発例に遭遇し，手術する機会を得たので苑に報告する。

Chief conplaint of a man, aged 34, was visual disturbance and exophthalmos. A dia-gnosis of recurrent cyst of the ethmoid sinus was made. At operation the cyst was found to be extending into the sphenoid cavity po-steriory as a large mass destroying the roof of the ethmoids as well as the lateral boun-dary of the orbital fogsa plate. After remo-val the patient made an uneventful recovery.
