最近経験した舌癌手術2症例—D-P皮弁と大胸筋皮弁

Reconstruction after Hemiglossectomy for Lingual Cancer

I．はじめに

　過去20年間に頭頸部再建外科head and neckreconstructive surgcryは著しい発展を遂げ，特に悪性腫瘍切除後に見られる大きな組織欠損や各種の機能障害に対しての有用性が高く，これらの患者の手術後の日常生活において非常な恵みとなっている。現在，舌癌においても，D-P皮弁から大胸筋皮弁へと，その手術法が変わりつつあり，特に後者の有用性，安全性について何人かの研究者により報告されている^1〜6）。

　最近，当科にて上記の2手術法により，舌・口腔底を再建した舌癌の症例を経験したので，ここに若干の文献的考察を加え追加報告する。

　In two cases of lingual cancer recently experienced the methods of reconstruction of the tongue and the floor of mouth after operation were the D-P flap or myocutaneous flap of M. pectoralis major.

　As compared with the D-P flap, the myocutaneous flap was found to be more reliable and useful.
