第一鰓裂奇形の1症例

First Branchial Cleft Anomaly: A Report of Case

　I．緒論

　頸部に発生する先天性瘻孔もしくは嚢胞は多数あるが，第一鰓裂由来のものは比較的稀であるといわれている。我々は耳下腺深葉由来の腫瘍と考えて手術を行い，本疾患であることが判明した症例を経験したので報告する。

　A 35-year-old male was operated on under diagnosis of a parotid tumor (deep lobe origin). The cyst was present in the pre- and infra-auricular region and communicated with the external auditory canal. Microscopic findings indicated type I anomaly of die Work's classification.
