I.はじめに
われわれは,今回,比較的まれな声門下魚骨異物を経験したので,その経過を報告し,臨床的問題点につき,若干の考察を加えた。
During 1976 to 1980, 15 cases of foreign bodies in air passage were treated at our clinic. There was only one case of fish bone foreign body in air passage of a 4-year-old girl. In the recent few decades, fish bone was rare foreign body of air passage found in our clinic. The foreign body was removed endoscopically through a tracheostoma. After its removal, the patient has developed no complication. It may be worthwhile to note that a pediatrician treated her as having pseudocroup and asthma for about one month before referring her to an otolaryngologist.
