CTガイド下マーキングが有用であった頸部魚骨異物例

A case of a fish bone in the neck removed using CT-guided hookwire placement

はじめに

　魚骨異物では，頸部に迷入した際の摘出には時に外切開を要するが^1-6），異物が微小で，周囲に炎症を伴う場合には，異物の同定・摘出に難渋する場合がある。今回われわれは，頸部に迷入した魚骨異物の摘出に術前のCTガイド下マーキングが有用であった症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　A 67-year-old woman complained of right sided neck pain and a swelling at right sided neck. CT showed a severe inflammatory change and a linear calcification in the right neck region. We could not identify the foreign body in the initial surgery. After placing a hookwire near the linear calcification under CT guide, we could safely remove a fish bone. We considered that preoperative CT-guided hookwire placement would be very useful for the removal of foreign bodies in the neck.
