Abstract 文献概要

　橋のlacunar infarctionによりpure sensory strokeを呈した1例を報告した。症例は72歳，女性。右半身のしびれ感，感覚鈍麻を主訴に入院した。神経学的に明らかな脳神経障害，運動障害，小脳性運動失調はみられず，顔面を含む右半身の触覚，深部感覚の低下のみが認められた。MRIにて左橋被蓋傍正中部にlacunar infarctionが描出され，本例の責任病巣と考えられた。Lacunar infarctionによるpure sensorystrokeでは病変が小さく，臨床症状からの病巣診断も難しく，局在診断上，MRIは強力な手段になり得ると思われた。

A 72-year-old woman presented a sudden onset isolated sensory deficit of medial lemniscal type in the right half of the body. MRI showed a small lacune in the left paramedian pontine tegmentum corresponding to the location of the medial lemnis-cus. MRI appeared to be most valuable in the topo-graphic delineation of lacunar infarctions which were responsible for pure sensory stroke.
