唾液腺多形性腺腫（いわゆる混合腫瘍）の臨床的・病理組織学的検討

CLINICAL AND PATHOLOGICAL ATUDY OF MIXED TUMORS IN THE SALIVARY GLAND

　I．緒言

　唾液腺腫瘍のうち，多形性腺腫（混合腫瘍）は最もしばしば遭遇するものである。

　筆者は最近4年間に，順天堂大学耳鼻咽喉科および外科において摘出された唾液腺腫瘍のうちから，病理組織学的検査により混合腫瘍と診断された25例を対象に，臨床的所見と病理組織学的所見を検討する機会を得たので報告する。

　Mixed tumors were studied in 25 cases, 20 cases from the parotid glands, 5 cases from the submandibular glands. In the parotid gland, tumors were situated in the superficial lobe in 16 cases, in the profound lobe in 4 cases.

　Diameter of tumors was 1 to 5 cm. Age of patients was 20 to 60 years. Duration of illness was 6 months to 30 years.

　The tumors were removed from the parotid glands by simple resection in all cases, but the tumors were removed from the submandibular glands by simple or total resection. In pathological study, all tumors were encapsulated macroscopically and the glandular tissue was seen in all cases, and the glandular duct was composed by the glandular epithelium and myoepithlium.
