I．はじめに

　唾液腺腫瘍のうちで大唾液腺腫瘍の報告は数多くなされているが，小唾液腺腫瘍の報告は比較的少ない。今回われわれは軟口蓋，鼻中隔に発生した小唾液腺多形性腺腫を経験したので，ここに症例を報告するとともに若干の考察を加えた。

A 44-year-old male presented with the chief complaint of a mass at the right side of the soft palate. CT revealed a well-demarquated mass in the soft palate. Surgical resection was performed with the histopathological report of benign pleo-morphic adenoma.

In a 53-year-old male with the chief complaint of right nose bleeding, a smooth mass resembling nasal polyp was seen at the anterior septal mucosa in the right. The mass was resected together with septal mucosa including perichondrium. Pathological report was benign pleomorphic ade-noma.

Both cases were followed up for two years with uneventful courses.
