喉頭軟骨病変を初発症状としたRelapsing Polychondritisの1例

RELAPSING POLYCHONDRITIS, A CASE REPORT

　I．はじめに

　Relapsing polychondritisは，全身の軟骨および類似組織が障害される系統疾患である。稀な疾患とされていたが，最近報告例が増加している。病因は未だ不明であるが，自己免疫疾患とする説が有力である。今回われわれは本症例について液性免疫，細胞性免疫，螢光抗体法および電顕による組織像を観察したので報告する。

　Relapsing polychondritis in a 57 years old female is reported.

　IgG, IgA, IgM, IgE and cellular immunity as well as pathological features of the auricular cartilages using fluorescent antibody methods and electron microscopy were studied.

　The data from the patient were compared with those from normal subject. These results suggested some role of immune mechanism to the etiology of this disease.
