再発性多発性軟骨炎（Relapsing Polychondritis，以下RPと略す）は，耳介，鼻，関節，気管等の全身の軟骨に疼痛性炎症を生じる疾患である．従来より，比較的稀な疾患とされてきたが，近年増加傾向にある．
今回，本症により，大腿骨頭骨端線離開を生じたと思われる6歳の小児例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．
