鼻腔・副鼻腔血瘤腫25例

HEMANGIOMA OF THE NASAL CAVITY AND SINUSES, A REPORT OF TWENTY FIVE CASES

　I．はじめに

　いわゆる血瘤腫は臨床的呼称であつて，出血性鼻茸または血管腫として取扱われている場合もある。その組織学的所見は血管増生を伴う点，共通であるが，その成因が炎症または出血による二次的変化であるか，真の腫瘍性変化であるかについては未だ定説がない。またもし二次的変化であるとしても何故腫瘍に似て増殖するのか，何故上顎洞に好発するのかについて考察された文献は少ない。

　私たちは過去14年間に血瘤腫症例25例を経験した。本文ではこれらの臨床的，病理学的観察をもとに，この問題に対する私たちの成因に対する仮説を述べたい。

　Clinical and histopathological examinations were made on 25 cases of hemangioma, which were accumulated in the recent 14 years (1961-1974), of the nasal cavities and paranasal sinuses.

　The predisposing ages appeared to be those in the 20 to 40 years with no difference by sex. Essential symptoms were epistaxis, nasal impairement of breathing and constant nasal discharges.

　The authors summarize the causative factor of the hemangioma as, frequent epistaxis, angiohypotonia, blood clotting, fibrosis and abnormal vascularization.
