センチニクバエによる耳蝿症の1例

LARVA INFESTATION OF EXTERNAL AURAL CAVITY IN A NEW-BORN INFANT

　I．緒言

　かつて，耳蝿症の主要な原因とされていた慢性化膿性中耳炎が，抗生物質の普及によつて激減し，さらに公衆衛生の向上による蝿の減少にともない耳蝿症に関する報告は近年きわめて稀となつた。蝿症に関しては森川^1），水野^2）の詳細な報告があるが，われわれは，世界的に珍しい寄生蝿種による耳蝿症を経験したので，本邦における耳蝿症の文献的考察を加えここに報告する。
