Ⅰ．はじめに

　Eccrine spiradenoma（エクリンらせん腺腫）は，1956年Kerstingら^1）により報告された，エクリン汗器官起源の比較的稀な良性腫瘍である。わが国では，1962年古谷ら^2）の報告以来，約150例の報告があるが^3），耳鼻咽喉科領域での報告は少ない。今回われわれは，耳後部に発生したeccrine spiradenomaの1例を経験したので，臨床経過に若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

□Abstract

　Eccrine spiradenoma is an uncommon tumor of the sweat gland and generally occurs as a small painful nodule on upper side of the body. An 76-year-old female with a papulonodular lesion on the left retroauricular region,was treated with surgical excision. Histologic examination reported an eccrine spiradenoma. The postoperative course was satisfuctory and there was no recurrence one year after the operation. We summarized some cases of eccrine spiradnoma of the sweat glands reported in Japan. This rare benign tumor should be followed up for long term,because it rarely transforms into malignant eccrine spiradenoma.
