耳下腺部に生じた血管肉腫の1症例

HEMANGIOPERICYTOMA IN THE SUBAURICULAR REGION

　I．はじめに

　本邦における血管肉腫は比較的稀なものとされている。しかしその発生部位は耳鼻咽喉科領域に多く，ことに鼻副鼻腔に発生したという報告がかなり見られる。血管肉腫の中でも血管外皮腫（Hemangiopericytoma）は血管内皮腫（Hemangioendothelioma）に比してその報告が少ない。最近われわれは耳下腺部に生じた血管肉腫の1例に遭遇し，これは病理組織学的に血管外皮腫の診断を得た。耳下腺部における血管外皮腫は，本邦において未だその報告を見ないので，その症例を報告すると同時に若干の文献的考察を加えた。

A woman, aged 39, complained of a swelling in the left parotid region. Total extcrpation of the tumor was performed and the histopathological examination revealed a hemangiopericytoma. Postoperative irradiation of Co⁶⁰was administered to the total amount of 6,120 r.

The postoperative course was uneventful; and, at present 13 months after the operation there is no sign of recurrence.
