脳卒中3症例における中枢性聴覚障害の経時的な変化

GRADUAL CHANGES IN HEARING LOSS OF CENTRAL ORIGIN IN CEREBRAL PALSY, A REPORT OF THREE CASES

　Ⅰ．緒言

　最近10数年の間に中枢性聴覚障害の検査方法がいくつか開発され，その診断的意義が中枢性疾患のうち主として脳腫瘍症例について検討されてきた。

　しかし，中枢性疾患のなかでも脳卒中症例についてはその病巣の局在部位を直接確認し得ない場合が多いので，その中枢性聴覚障害を検討した報告は少ない。また，臨床症状の推移に伴う中枢性聴覚障害の経時的な変化について論じた報告もきわめて僅かである。

　著者は3例の片麻痺を伴う脳卒中症例について，卒中発作後間もない時点と，その後ある期間をおいて片麻痺などの臨床症状がかなり改善された時点において，2度にわたつて各種聴覚検査を行ない，その成績の経時的な変化および片麻痺側耳と非片麻痺側耳との差違などについて比較・検討し，いくつかの知見を得たので報告する。

Various hearing tests were performed on 3 cases of cerebral palsy. These tests were conducted in two different sets of tests, one immediately after the onset of the palsy and the other, after some time had elapsed from the onset. With pure tone tests the results were normal on both occasions. With voice tests by normal and distorted speeches, the first test showed some abnormality but the second tests were normal.
