硬口蓋膨大細胞腫（onkocytoma）の電子顕微鏡的観察

AN ELECTRON MICROSCOPE OBSERVATIONS ON ONKOCYTOMA REMOVED FROM THE HARD PALATE

　Ⅰ．緒言

　唾液腺の良性腫瘍としてはいわゆる混合腫瘍が多く，その他いろいろな型の腺腫（単純性腺腫，Warthin腫瘍，膨大細胞腫，乳頭状嚢腺腫など），線維腫，粘液腫，神経線維腫，神経鞘腫、血管腫，リンパ管腫，脂肪腫，筋腫，軟骨腫などが発生する。

　膨大細胞腫はHürthle cell tumors of the parotid（Mc Farland 1927^31）），onkocytoma（Jaffé1932^23）），onkocytic adenoma（Stump 1949^43）），oxyphilic granular cell adenoma（Meza-Chávez 1949^33））などの名称で呼ばれている腫瘍で唾液腺良性腫瘍の中でも非常に稀な腫瘍であり，本邦では1957年斉藤ら^37）の報告以来8例の光顕報告^{24）29）30）35）46）48）49）}を見るのみで電顕報告はまだないようである。しかも本腫瘍は耳下腺に見られるものが大部分であり，Smoler^40）によると1967年11月までに全世界の文献では硬口蓋に見られたものはわずか2例のみである。私は最近硬口蓋にできた膨大細胞腫の1例を電子顕微鏡で観察したが，欧米学者の今までの報告といささか異なる所見を示したので報告する。

　A study on onkocytoma found on the hard palate on a man, aged 27, is made with electron microscope. Differing from what has been described previously the protoplasm was observed to be containing a smaller number of mitochondria and no abnormal forms. Furthermore, it contained ultraminute fibrils about 100Å in diameter that ran in loose formnig bundles orderlessly in all directions throughout the entire protoplasmic structure. Occasionally, cilia-like and crystaline bodies were observed.
