わが教室11年間の甲状腺疾患の統計的観察ならびにBMR，131I-TUR，Scintigramの価値について

A STATISTICAL OBSERVATION OF THYROID DISEASES

　I．はじめに

　元来，甲状腺疾患の患者は主として内科あるいは外科の外来を受診する場合が多かつたが，その自，他覚的症状が嗄声，前頸部腫脹，咽喉頭部の異和感などと耳鼻咽喉科領域に属するところから耳鼻咽喉科外来を訪ずれる者が年々増加してきている。

　したがつて著者らは昭和32年より昭和42年までの11年間に当大学耳鼻咽喉科外来を訪ずれた甲状腺疾患患者の統計的観察を行ない，あわせてroutine testとして行なわれているBMR，¹³¹I-TUR，Scintigramの検査成績をまとめ診断上の価値について考察を加え臨床家の参考に供することとした。

　Statistical observations on 35,797 cases of thyroid diseases seen during the period of 11 years, from 1956 to 1967, at the Otlaryngological Department of Nagasaki Medical University, are reported. Evaluation of the routine test that consisted of the employment of BMR, ¹³¹I-TUR scintigram in the diagnosis of thyroid disease is also discussed.
