口蓋に原発したと思われるMucoepidermoid carcinomaの一例

MUCOEPIDERMOID CARCINOMA

　Ⅰ．緒言

　唾液腺に発生する腫瘍は，良性腫瘍として，Angioma，Plexiform neuroma，Lipoma，Simple adenoma，Papillary cystoadenoma lymphomatosum，Adenoma lymphomatosum，Benign mixed tumorなどがあり，悪性腫瘍としては，Malignant mixed tumor，Adenoid cystic carcinoma，Squamous cell carcinoma，Adenocarcinoma，Mucoepidermoid carcinoma，Undifferentiated carcinomaなどがある。しかしながら，Mucoepidermoid carcinomaなる名称は，1945年，Stewart，Foote ＆ Beckerの提唱したMucoepidermoid tumorの名に由来するもので，従来，独立疾患として分類されていなかつたので，報告例もきわめて少ない。

　最近，われわれは口蓋小唾液腺に発生したと思われるMucoepidermoid carcinomaが，両側上顎に浸潤を示した興味ある症例に遭遇したので，ここにその概要を報告する。

　A mucoepidermoid carcinoma that originated from the mucous gland of the palate was found in a woman, aged 76. The growth involved the large part of maxillary region.

　The patient has been treated with irradiation of 7,000r of ⁶⁰Co. And faring well at present after the treatment.
