従来より口蓋垂に限局した腫瘍は稀であるとされているが，われわれは口蓋垂に限局したmucoepidermoid carcinomaの1例を経験し，手術的に摘出，経過良好な症例を報告する。
A case of mucoepidermoid carcinoma that primarily developed and localized in the uvula of a 58 year-old female, is reported. The tumor was surgically removed with favorable postoperative course of the patient.
