プロタルゴール過敏症について

A DRUG ALLERGY DUE TO PROTARGOL

　Ⅰ．はしがき

　耳鼻咽喉科領域におけるアレルギーと関係の深いものに種々の薬物が知られているが，Urbachは因子として食物によるもの，外因に由来するもの，経口的ならびに非経口的に摂取した薬物などを挙げている。プロタルゴール過敏症例については，本邦ではすでに樋口，久保，横井，村上，中野らの報告がある。

　薬物の過敏状態が起こるには，その前提条件が必要であり，これは抗原抗体反応の結果によるもので，本症の場合は特殊な抗体（おそらくプロテイン銀によるものであろう）があつて，組織内で抗原と反応して過敏症状を誘発するものと思われる。

　Four cases of drug allergy apparently evoked by the use of protargol is reported. These cases showed a positive skin-test, an increase of eosinophils in the nasal discharge and 3 cases out of the 4 showed eosinophilia in the blood of peripheral circulation.
