Ⅰ．緒言
耳鼻咽喉科領域の，日常routineの治療に際して使用される薬剤による不測の偶発事故が稀にある。
就中，種々の薬剤を抗原とするアナフィラキシーショック，あるいはアレルギー反応の報告はかなりの数に上つている。
A prolonged use of protargol in treatment of nasal affection caused an onset nasal allergy in a patient, aged 50. The allergic state was confirmed by various laboratory tests. With the withdrawal of protargol the allergic symptoms were eliminated.
