プロタルゴールに依る鼻アレルギー症例

　緒言

　アレルギーに関する学説は，近来その発展真に目覚しく，耳鼻科領域にも影響する所頗る大である。耳鼻科領域では鼻に関するもの最も多く，従来種々の病名を以つて呼ばれていたが，アレルギー学の進歩に連れて之等を一括し鼻アレルギー性疾患と称する様になつた。その中花粉をアレルゲンとする枯草熱が最も有名であるが，我国では極めて少い。一般に鼻アレルギー性疾患のアレルゲンを決定出来る例は余り多くないのであるが，最近我教室で，日常使用するプロタルゴールがアレルゲンと考えられる鼻アレルギーの1例を経験したので報告する。

Murakami reports a case of nasal allergy ap-parently caused by intranasal use of protargol solution. The patient, a woman aged who had been previously operated upon for maxillary sinusitis, complained of recurrence of nasal allergy. It was noted that the patient was su-bject to such a symptom whenever protargol was put to use; a positive skin test for allergy is elicited by using protargol as antigen.
