上顎洞に発生せるAdenoid Cystic Carcinòmaの1例

ADENO-CYSTIC CARCINOMA OF THE MAXILLARY CAVITY

　Ⅰ．緒言

　Adenoid Cystic Carcinomaは，従来，円柱腫（Cylindroma）と命名されているものである^1）が，上顎洞に発生することは比較的まれである。私は本症の1例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　A case of adenoid carcinoma of the right maxillary sinus is reported. A man, aged 75, complained of epistaxis, X-ray examination revealed a growth in the maxillary sinus. After its surgical removal the area was treated by irradiation with 6,000 r. There is no recurrence of the growth, at present 18 months after the operation
