Rieger氏病に先天性難聴が合併した1症例

RIEGER'S DISEASE CONCOMMITANTLY WITH CONGENITAL DEAFNESS

　Ⅰ．緒言

　眼科疾患で前眼部中胚葉起源の組織の発達異常による稀有な先天性奇形がある。今回，われわれはこのRieger氏病と呼称される疾患に先天性難聴を合併した1症例を経験した。Rieger氏病自体，本邦においては非常にまれであり，さらにそれに難聴の合併した症例の報告は未だにない。

　本症例を文献上追加するとともに耳鼻咽喉科および眼科に関連する両奇形の発生機転に考察を加えてみた，大方の御批判を仰ぐしだいである。

　An eight year old girl who had Rieger's anomaly and congenital deafness is reported.

　Rieger's anomaly, mesodermal dysgenisis of the anterior segment is an uncommon heritable disorder and includes (1) hypoplasia of the anterior leaf of the iris, (2) iridotrabecular adhesions or strands and (3) posterior embryotoxon.

　While associated dental and skeletal anomalies have been reported, congenital deafness, mainly due to ectodermal dysgenesis of the inner ear, have never been found to combine with it.

　The possibility of complication of the two anomalies were discussed from an embryological point of view.
