顔面神経麻痺を伴つた側頭骨Osteochondromaの症例

　I．緒言

　急性中耳炎として治療されていて，手術後病理組織学的に，顔面神経麻痺を伴つた側頭骨Osteochondromaと診断された稀有な症例を経験したので，ここに報告する。

　Masuda reports a case of osteochondroma of temporal bone. The patient, a man aged 48, complained of painful ear, loss of hearing and tinnitus which were followed about 1 month later with facial paralysis. Examination showed an irregular surfaced tumor mass slightly protruding in the external ear canal. Mastoidectomy was performed. The tumor which protruded into the hypotympanum was removed ; the facial nerve was exposed in its midear course. The tumor was found to be osteochondroma.
