脳性麻痺に伴つたhomonymous hemioptic atrophy

Homonymous hemioptic atrophy associated with cerebral palsy

緒　言

　外側膝状体，視索の障害では，同名半盲と共に，いおゆるhomonymous hemioptic atrophy^1，2）と呼ばれる特徴的な視神経萎縮像を呈するとされている。

　今回われわれは，脳性麻痺に伴つたhomony-mous hemioptic atrophyの興味ある一例に遭遇したので報告する。

We observed a 10-year male child with homo-nymous hemioptic atrophy and incongruous homonymous inferior-right quandrantanopsia. The atrophy of the retinal nerve fiber bundles as seen with red-free light exactly corresponded to the visual field defect. The patient also had right spastic paralysis and LOG recording showed reduced right OKP and saccadic pursuit toward the left side. Neuroradiological examinations localized the visual pathway lesion in the left lateral geniculate body.
