ペリーナとノイビタの耳鳴に対する使用経験

THE USE OF VERINA AND NEUVITA IN THE TREATMENT OF TINNITUS AURIUM

　Ⅰ．緒言

　我々耳鼻科医をもつとも悩ますものの一つに自覚的耳鳴がある。この耳鳴を主訴として来た症例に対して末梢血管拡張剤で脳血流量，内耳血流量を増加せしめる作用のあるベリーナと新陳代謝促進作用と抗神経炎作用を有するノイビタを併用しかなりの好成績をえたのでその結果を報告する。

A relief from tinnitus aurium was obtained in 11 cases out of the 28 by administration of 12mg of Verina combined with 100mg of Neuvita. There were no marked noticeable changes in the conduction system of these patients. These agents appeared to be the most effective where the tinnitus was of recent origin. No untoward effects were no-ted in their use.
