耳下腺腫瘍を疑わしめた側頬部Ganglioneuromaの1例

A ZYGOMATIC GANGLIONEUROMA THAT SIMULATED A BENIGN PAROTID TUMOR

　Ⅰ．緒言

　Ganglioneuromaに関しては，近年，多くの報告を見るようになつたが，なおまれなものである。

　われわれは，左耳下腺腫瘍を疑わしめた側頬部Ganglioneuroma（神経細胞神経腫）の1例に遭遇し，幸い，顔面神経をまつたく損傷することなく摘出し得たので，いささかの文献的考察を加えると共に報告するしだいである。

　With a clinical diagnosis of benign parotid tumor, a conclusion reached after careful x-ray visualization of the parotid gland, the patient was operated. As a result ganglioneuroma closely adherent to the zygomatic bone was revealed.

　A growth of this nature appears to be rare in occurrence; a similar case is not reported in the literature since 1951.
