まえがき
最近私達は両側の口蓋扁桃に対称性に癌腫の所見がみられ，これが剖検により始めて胃癌による転移であることが判明した非常に稀な症例を経験したので，その剖検所見と共に報告し，なおその転移経路について考察を加えてみる。
A bilateral cancer of the palatine tonsils was found in a woman, aged 65. The post mortem examination showed this cancer to be a metastatic growth from the original gastric cancer. Probable route of metastasis is discussed.
