口蓋に原発した悪性黒色腫の1剖検例

　I．はじめに

　耳鼻咽喉科領域における悪性黒色腫の発生頻度は2％以下といわれ^{3）17）36）38）50）}，本腫瘍は他の悪性腫瘍に比し比較的まれであり，本邦においては1902年桂田の報告以来口腔内原発は36例を数えるに過ぎない。

　今回，硬口蓋に原発し手術療法により軽快したが，その後肺転移を来たした悪性黒色腫の1例を経験したので，本例の臨床経過と剖検所見に併せて本症の文献的考察を述べる。

A case of malignant melanoma of the hard palate in a man, aged 60, is reported.

The patient was treated with irradiation of ⁶⁰Co without much effect. The site of the tumor, the right maxilla, was surgically removed which finally eliminated the growth.
