Ⅰ．緒言
骨の巨細胞腫は一般には，四肢の長管骨骨端に多く見られるものであり，扁平骨，短骨に発生するものは極めて稀である。
今般私は中耳腔に発生した，いわゆる骨巨細胞腫を経験し，極めて稀な症例であるということの外に，この腫瘍の発生について若干興味を感じたのでここに報告する。
A giant cell tumor of the right temporal bone of a woman, aged 28, was surgically removed. The condition of the patient is good at present 2 years after the operation.
