Recklinghausen氏病に伴なつた巨大な咽頭腫瘍の1治験例

A LARGE LARYNGEAL TUMOR IN A CASE OF RECKLINGHAUSEN' S DISEASE

　Ⅰ．緒言

　われわれはRecklinghausen氏病の1部分症として，咽頭に発生した神経線維腫の1例に遭遇し全身麻酔下に腫瘍を摘出，術後何等の機能障害を残さず好結果を得たので報告する。

A laryngeal neuroma as a manifestation of affections in a typical picture of Recklinghau-sen's disease in a woman, aged 32,was removed surgically under general anesthesia with preliminary tracheotomy. The external carotid was not ligated but the amount of bleeding was in no way excessive. The tumor measu-red 6.7 × 4.6 × 3.9 cm and weighed 42g.
