種々の眼症状を伴つたRecklinghausen病の2症例

Two Cases of Von Recklinghausen's Disease Associated with Ocular Symptoms.

I．緒言

　Recklinghausen病（以後R病と略す）は，その臨床症状が多様多彩であるため各科領域で数多く報告されている。本症の眼症状に関しては，1863年Billroth^1）が眼瞼のRankeneuromeとして記載したのが最初であり，本邦では1906年水尾^2）が初めて眼瞼叢状神経腫として発表して以来これまでに70余例報告されている^6）。

　著者は最近眼症状を伴つたR病2例を経験し，うち1例は拍動性眼球突出，水晶体混濁，および眼底に特異な所見を呈しており，これらが特徴的であつたので報告する。

Two cases associated with the clinical and pathological features of Von Recklinghausen's disease have been reported.

One case of 16 year old boy showed pulsa-ting exophthalmos, lens opacity, and atypical fundus change which were less commonly related with Von Recklinghausen's disease.

Another case was a 2 year old boy with iridic nodules and swelling of the right upper lid. There were no special hereditary relations in both cases.
