原発性喉頭細網肉腫治験例

A CASE OF LARYNGEAL RETICULOSARCOMA WHO WAS CURED

　Ⅰ．緒言

　喉頭に発生する肉腫は，喉頭の悪性腫瘍中極めて稀な疾患であり，内外諸家の統計によれば，喉頭癌の概ね1/100の発生頻度であるとされている。岩本の報告に基けば，本邦に於ける確実な報告例は，昭和5年より33年に至る間僅か22例を数えるに過ぎない。

　我々は最近原発性喉頭肉腫の治験例を経験したので報告し，文献に追加する。

　Compared to laryngeal cancer laryngeal sarcoma is rate occurrence, probably 1/100. Females are less affected than males, by being 1:5. A woman aged 64 was affected' with laryngeal reticulosarcoma. The patient was cured by surgical removal of the tumor and treatment of the area by irradiation of deep X-ray.
