尿崩症的症状を伴つたMikulicz氏病の1例

　唾液腺及び涙腺の対称的腫脹を來す所謂Mikulicz氏症候群に関する報告は必ずしも寡くはないが（文献的考察は阿部・川崎・松下等の論文にある），多くは外科及び眼科領域よりなされていて，我々の専門雜誌にはあまり見かけぬ樣である．著者は最近，激しい口渇・多尿を伴い，腦下垂体間腦系の何等かの変調の存在を推測せしめる樣な1症例に遭遇したので，簡單に報告して御批判を仰ぎたいと思う．

　Oguchi reports a case of a patient, a boy 16 years old, afflicted with Mikulicz's disease, who was stunted in growth and mental development. Symptoms suggestive of pituitary dysfunction such as dryness of mouth and polyuria were complained of.
