食道癌に合併する瘻孔形成の誘因

　緒言

　公衆衛生の著しい発展および医学知識の普及せる今日において，なお早期発見，早期受診の困難な疾患として，食道癌があげられる。

　患者が受診した時には，すでに末期の状態にまで病状が進展している症例が少くない。

Various factors that lead to esophageal fi-stula as a late complication of advanced eso-phageal cancer are considered. The authors believe that the use of feeding catheter is one means by which such a complication may be staved off.
