前立腺横紋筋肉腫の1例

A CASE OF RHABDOMYOSARCOMA OF THE PROSTATE

　頻尿，排尿困難を主訴とした15歳男性に7×8×10cm大の前立腺腫瘍を認めた。生検で横紋筋肉腫と診断し，IRS-IIIの治療計画に従い化学療法と放射線療法を行ったが効果がなく，膀胱前立腺全摘除術を施行し，術後化学療法を追加した。診断後12か月たった現在，転移，再発は認められていない。

A 15-year-old boy was diagnosed as having embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma of the prostate measuring 7×8×10 cm with gross metastasis in the regional lymph nodes. Since preoperative chemo-radiotherapy based on the regimen of Intergroup Rhabdomyosarcoma Study III resulted in a minimal response, radical cystopros-tatectomy with ileal conduit was performed. The patient has no evidence of recurrence at 12 months after diagno-sis.
